TERMS OF USE

By accessing FandomWar, submitting community information, or starting a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the documents linked from our Legal & Trust Center. “FandomWar,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Jose Carlos Ibanez, the operator of the FandomWar service.

If you do not agree, do not use the service or make a purchase. Mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country remain unaffected.

You may browse the public map without an account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to purchase an attack or submit community contact information. You may not use FandomWar if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

FandomWar is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child’s personal information.

FandomWar is an entertainment-based digital territory game. Each virtual territory corresponds to a country and representative city. The service displays current fandom control, regional community governance, conquest history, rankings, strategic connections, and time-limited protection.

Virtual control is expressive game state only. It conveys no title, lease, political authority, intellectual-property ownership, official fandom status, exclusivity outside FandomWar, or rights over any real country, city, artist, group, or community.

• FandomWar calculates the attack price server-side from the territory’s current official price and any eligible Border Invasion discount.
• A five-minute reservation temporarily prevents another checkout from starting for the same territory.
• Payment is handled through a hosted third-party checkout. You must review the displayed product, amount, currency, taxes, and provider terms before paying.
• A return or success URL is not authoritative. Delivery occurs only after FandomWar receives and verifies provider confirmation for the expected reservation, amount, currency, and time.
• A valid, timely payment creates no more than one conquest, even if the provider retries its notification.

Digital delivery includes the recorded conquest and corresponding game-state changes described in How FandomWar Works. You agree that delivery may begin immediately after verified payment.

A confirmed conquest grants exactly 60 minutes of protection to that territory. The purchasing fandom and community may continue attacking other eligible territories. Protected territories cannot be attacked but may open strategic routes.

After protection expires, control may be lost at any time through a valid reconquest. Territory prices may rise after each conquest. Border Invasion discounts depend on the global fandom’s connected territory control and do not stack. Current rules are explained on the product and pricing pages and form part of these Terms.

A failed or abandoned checkout does not conquer a territory. A payment confirmed at or after reservation expiry is classified as late and does not change ownership, increase price, or activate protection. FandomWar will place that payment into refund or reconciliation review under the Refund Policy.

Provider outages, duplicate charges, amount or currency mismatches, and disputed delivery will be investigated using the persisted reservation, payment, webhook, and conquest records.

You may submit a fandom/community name, public alias, logo or image, public community URL, YouTube URL, and private contact email when that feature is available. You retain your rights in submitted content, but grant FandomWar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute it solely to operate, moderate, promote, and document FandomWar and its conquest history.

You represent that you have permission to submit the content and that it does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. FandomWar may delay publication, reject, hide, or remove content and links under the Community Guidelines. Creating a community does not guarantee verification or official status.

You may not interfere with reservations or payment verification; automate attacks; evade rate limits; submit malware, deceptive links, pornography, hate, threats, harassment, impersonation, or illegal content; manipulate engagement; scrape personal data; reverse engineer security measures; or use FandomWar to launder funds, fundraise, donate, resell, or transfer value to third parties.

FandomWar is fan-created and independent. Unless expressly stated, it is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with any artist, performer, group, label, agency, official fandom organization, platform, city, country, or government. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and community expression.

FandomWar’s original software, visual system, rules text, graphics, and service branding are protected by applicable law. These Terms provide only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

We may maintain, secure, moderate, suspend, or change the service and future game rules. We will not retroactively erase valid conquest history without a security, legal, fraud, integrity, or data-correction reason. Material changes to purchase terms will apply prospectively and will be communicated through the service.

FandomWar is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent territory control, specific traffic, views, rankings, engagement, commercial results, or continued availability of third-party links and media.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FandomWar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your non-waivable consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their place of residence. Before filing a claim, contact support with the relevant territory, payment date, and transaction reference so we can investigate and attempt an informal resolution.
